One of the biggest problems in metropolitan cities is the unavailability of on-demand drivers for people who own cars. The usual market practice is that a driver needs to be hired for a minimum of 4 hours and is not available for a shorter duration.
On-demand, drivers are necessary for various reasons such as:
1)To avoid drink and driving.
2)To help aged and underaged persons travel in the comfort of their car.
3)As a matter of luxury.
4)For commutation of guests in functions and concerts.

To solve this problem, we have developed an app that helps customers book a driver who will arrive with an ETA of 20 minutes.
We have two business models:
1) B2C: In this model, our customers will directly book for drivers through our app and the revenue sharing will be between the company and the drivers
2) B2B: In this model, we will be tying up with business establishments like pubs, IT companies, Hotels, etc., who will book for drivers through our app on behalf of their customers.

We will be charging our customers based on the amount of time they engage the driver through the app.
In B2C we will have a split of the earnings per ride between the driver and the company in the ratio of 85:15, respectively.
In B2B we will have a split of the earnings per ride between the driver, the company, and the business establishment in the ratio of 85:10:5, respectively.

One of the unique features of our idea is that we provide fast, reasonable, and secure rides to our customers.
We can promise secure and safe rides because we hire our drivers from recognized driving schools and register them only after thorough background verification.
We can promise fast service because we are placing our drivers around the city in such a manner that they are available everywhere.
We can promise reasonableness because the cost of hiring our driver is less than the cost of hiring a cab. (This includes the cost of petrol as well).
